VAC-TRON Equipment has opened its new 64,000-square-foot facility, situated on 10 acres in Okahumpka.
In March 1998, VAC-TRON began operation in a 6,000-sq.-ft. warehouse. Since that time, the company has experienced
tremendous growth. "When we first opened up shop, we had no idea how fast we'd outgrow our current location,"
said President Don Buckner. "We're absolutely busting at the seams and very excited about the impact the purchase
of this building will have on our future."

With this relocation, VAC-TRON has hired new employees, with plans for more positions in the near future. Currently, the company
produces more than 100 industrial vacuum units per month, but with the additional space provided by the new facility, VAC-TRON
aims to significantly increase production.
"We hope the purchase of this building demonstrates our commitment to Lake County, and we look forward to being a part of its
future growth," adds Don's father, VAC-TRON Chairman Gene Buckner.
